Would you believe I used to have a DEATHLY fear of flying?? I think the way I conquered this fear is pretty telling of who I am as a person. First, while absolutely terrified, I skydived. I was actually uncontrollably laughing as we scooted toward the open plane door. Second, I took a 13 hour, non refundable direct flight from Chicago to Japan. It was either lose all that money, or get my butt on that plane!
I take this courageous spirit with me when I travel, creating unforgettable moments that I want to share with everyone so you too can have these moments. That way we all can become more confident, bolder, and live out life to the fullest!I don’t let fear or challenge limit me and by putting myself in situations where the only thing to do is be brave, my heart for adventure has only grown bigger!
I am also a firm believer in that travel changes you for the better as a person. If I am able to inspire others to also explore and grow in their own lives, I will feel like I have accomplished more than enough!
